How to make better decision so you can have healthy mind and body

If you choose to read this, I assume that you are a person who realize that your mental and body health is important.

To be able make good decision, first you must know what the effect if you make bad decision.

For example:

While I am going to supermarket and seeing those snack and instant noodle at the shelving, I imagine the ingredient it has and the impact if I consume it.

And it makes me do not take those thing, cause I want my body to stay healthy.

It take the same process with what I choose to thingking in my mind.

I imagine that my brain is the stomach and the information that I choose to thingking is the food.

So I choose what information I will think.

Sometimes when I deal with toxic people, I choose to not entering the disscusion with this people because I know it just waste my time.

And when I tempting to debate or argue with people I categorize as toxic, I talk to my self that my minute worth a million dollar, so I choose to just keep silent, smile, and move. It save my million dollar minute ☺

To be able make a good decision, first imagine what is the result you will face if you make bad decision, so that you can make a good one.
